It is reported that the Mexican Ministry of Economy announced new taxes against the imports of seamless steel pipes from South Korea, Spain, India and Ukraine, in order to protect the domestic steel industry.
The Ministry of Economy started an investigation since 2013, as per the request of national manufacturer "Tubos de Acero", on suspicion of dumping practiced by these four countries that hurting the domestic manufacturers'' competitiveness by unfair low prices.
