According to data released by Sindicato National Union of the Industry of Extraction of Iron and Base Metals (Sinferbase), the mining giant Vale’s iron ore exports totaled 24 million tons in June, increasing by 6.36% year on year.
In June, the company’s iron roe sold to the domestic market totaled 1.23 million tons, up by 5.57% year on year.
In the January-June period, the company’s iron ore exports amounted to 130.89 million tons, rising by 13.67% year on year.
