According to the Brazil Ministry of Development, Industry and Trade announced in September, Brazil’s wire rod exports reached 48,600 tons for the highest level in recent years, an increase of 132% month on month.
Market participants believe that because real against the dollar, will increase the competitiveness of locally produced. In September, Brazil’s wire main export countries are included United States is 21,200 tons, European Union and Latin America are 13,000 tons.
